Over a decade ago, I launched my first SEO strategic plan and website for a client and I became obsessed with the results. I followed their web traffic daily for months, modifying and changing variables as needed. We got outstanding results and I was hooked. I saw first-hand that digital marketing works! I’m now in Hawaii working hard and playing some, too. Sure, digital admin can be a little wonky, but someone who loves it needs to do it! After work, I grab the surf board or snorkel and head to the beach.

We love being outdoors and at the end of the work week, we like to celebrate #AlohaFriday. If you care to join us, mix our favorite cocktail below, dig the Hawaiian shirt out of your closet, and toast to the good life.

Pineapple Coconut Mojito

2 cups of ice
2 oz. of Cruzan Coconut Rum
1.5 oz. of pineapple juice
1/4 cup of club soda
6-8 chopped mint leaves
1 lime
Pineapple slices (preferably Maui Gold)

1. Cut the lime in half and set one half aside for garnish.
2. Add 1/2 cup of ice to a cocktail shaker, then pour in the rum and pineapple juice.
3. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lime and add the chopped mint leaves.
4. Shake well.
5. Strain the cocktail mixture into two tall glasses of ice and leave a little room at the top (be sure to get some of the mint leaves).
6. Top off with club soda.
7. Garnish with lime and pineapple slices.
8. Aloha!
